FGS Self-Installers

The full list of self-installers can be viewed here. You only need to select the release version.

FGS Base Package

The following self-installer contains a basic set of packages with MapServer 5.6.3, PHP 5.3.0/MapScript, and all of their dependencies.

• FGS 9.5 (June 1st, 2009) Howto install
• fgs-mapserver_basic_5.6.3-fgs_9.5-linux-i386.bin 84 M (versions)

The following self-installer contains an extended set of packages with MapServer 5.6.3, PHP 5.3.0/MapScript, and all of their dependencies.

• FGS 9.5 (June 1st, 2009) Howto install
• fgs-mapserver_extended_5.6.3-fgs_9.5-linux-i386.bin 123 M (versions)

The following self-installer contains MapServer 5.6.0, PHP 5.3.0/MapScript, and all of their dependencies.

• FGS 9.5 (June 1st, 2009) Howto install
• fgs-mapserver_basic_5.6.0-fgs_9.5-linux-i386.bin 40 M (versions)

FGS Modules

Modules are individual components of the FGS package, and can be found here. You only have to select a specific version and access the "Modules" directory. See the install howto for notes on how to install a specific module.

Installer Script

If you do not have the FGS environment already installed, you can also obtain the installer script from here for fgs version 9.5. Or you can use the following command:

    $ wget -q http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/releases/9.5/installer.sh ; sh installer.sh
