When running the autodoc generator on LayerAttributes widget:
* no xml doc is generated
* in the "Include" List box is blank when the process is completed.
(LayerAttribute moves to the "Exclude" list box)
* Output box shows: "001> DONE - July 28, 2004, 1:04:36 pm"

I will be addressing these issues, weather they are issues or not by rc 1
